New - Unqualified Members:

To become a corner marshal you must first attend a New Marshals' School - this 1-day training session enables you to see exactly what we do and decide if this is the type of up-close action you are looking for.  There is no pressure for you to join - if you take the school and decide this isn't for you, we'll understand and hope that you'll tell your friends about us.  There are no hidden fees either - attendance at the school is free, and the total cost for membership in CRCA and your CASC Marshal's License is just $15.00.  This payment covers our administrative costs and entitles you to membership perks such as the Blue Flag Newsletter (seasonal), the season close-out dinner (on us!), timely communications regarding upcoming events, and online callouts and event registration.

For more information about the New Marshals' Schools or to Register On-line, go to the New Marshals' School page.

Renewal or New Qualified Memberships:

To renew your membership or if you are a qualified marshal wishing to join our club, you may download the application forms using the links at the bottom of this page or request to have them sent to you by email or postal service by sending your address information to Member Services.  Return the completed forms with your cheque or money order for $15.00 to the address at the bottom of the CRCA application form.

You should expect to receive your CRCA Membership card and CASC license within 3-4 weeks.*

* Please note:  If you have been away from marshalling for more than 2 years, you must attend a New Marshal's School for refresher training.  Many of the rules and regulations change from one season to the next, and it is imperative that all marshals have current knowledge of these changes.

Active Life Memberships:

If you are a Life Member and are not currently active, you need not apply each year.  If however, you plan to participate in any CASC-sanctioned events, you must hold a current-year membership in a CASC-affiliated club.  Life Membership cards are not recognized for this purpose but by submitting your application as outlined above, you will be provided with an Ordinary Membership card.

Should you wish to be considered for Active Life Membership, please submit your request by completing and returning your application to the address at the bottom of the CRCA form. You must include your logbook with your application.  Your request will be forwarded to the Board of Directors who will determine your eligibility based on established criteria.

You should expect to receive your CRCA Life Membership card within 3-4 weeks following acceptance by the Board.
